Materials

Choose the right polymer for your use case, from visual prototypes to robust end-use components.

PLA (Polylactic Acid)

PLA is a popular 3D printing material that is easy to print, biodegradable, and provides good surface finish. It's ideal for prototypes, display pieces, and many consumer products where strength requirements are moderate.

  • Excellent for cosmetic prototype surfaces
  • Fast and cost-efficient iteration cycles
  • Lower thermal resistance than engineering polymers

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)

PETG is a durable and slightly flexible material with better impact resistance and higher temperature resistance than PLA. It's commonly used for functional parts, mechanical components, and products that need extra toughness.

  • High impact resistance for functional parts
  • Balanced flexibility and stiffness
  • Suitable for tougher environments
